4月13日讯 今日足协公布罚单，宣布了对上海海港足球俱乐部B队球员刘柏杨违规违纪的处罚决定。

在中乙第四轮，上海海港B队1-0客胜广西蓝航的比赛中，海港B队球员刘柏杨在第90+8分钟实施暴力行为，用手击打对方球员头部，被停赛4场罚款2万。
